Our team consists of born-again, spiritual associates who have extensive experience in the business marketplace. Many of our members have owned their own companies and served in senior executive management positions in Fortune 500, Government, and non-profit organizations. Each of our team members have walked with the Lord for an extended period of time and learned to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. Although our members have significant business acumen, our greatest value to our clients is to help them discern God’s voice and will regarding their business, and then help them achieve their goals.

Our team believes that success in any endeavor, including the business marketplace, is based upon knowing who we are in Christ, abiding in Him, understanding His purpose for our lives, and then aligning our plans and methods with His, thereby creating a successful covenant relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. Our eventual success in the endeavor, is then guaranteed (Deuteronomy 28:1-14, Galatians 3:14, 29).

We assist our clients by coming alongside Christian business owners and serving as a spiritual advisor and trusted confidant. Our success is measured by the level of success that our clients and their companies experience during our tenure. In order for our team to consider that we have been successful in our assignment, our clients must experience greater intimacy with Christ, an increased ability to hear His voice, and success and prosperity in family and business matters.

We view our client engagements as assignments from the Lord, and therefore, are very careful about who we serve, when we serve, and the length of the engagement. We know that if the Lord assigns us, that His assignment carries the authority and anointing to bless our clients. We want to ensure that both we and our potential clients hear from God on this matter, before committing to the engagement.

Client engagements can be as little as 8 hours per month for prayer and fasting, one week per month for business confidant and mentor-protégé services, and as much as 40 hours per week for strategic business planning.   We provide our services using an hourly fee under a Time & Materials Agreement. We generally recommend a 90-day Agreement, one week per month, for new clients.
